Some people just want to watch the burn and apparently, I am one of those people. The reason will come with the video below. This past weekend, the prequel to the originals, a sequel to the prequels, Dear God that hurt my head. Rogue One was released nationwide to a massive fanfare across the country. Some people said it was the best Star Wars movie since Empire Strikes Back. I have feeling those words have been said for every Star Wars movie that has been released since Return of the Jedi with the exception of The Phantom Menace. That movie was bad. I went into Rogue One with an open mind, and I was not let down at all. The movie is not going to light the world on fire, but it is a movie that needs to be viewed. Why do you ask? One, it closes a plot hole that has been in the Star Wars universe since A New Hope. Second, the new Droid K-2SO may be one of the best droids in the franchise. The comedic timing is perfect, as well as voiced by everyone’s favorite pilot, Alan Tudyk. (That guy is in everything) Third, it is a good story that you already know the outcome of. It is worth a watch in theaters. There are some scenes that will blow you away. Trust me; the Force is strong with me at the moment. Now to the reason we are here. Yule Logs. I can’t be the only one who loves watching these while working on other things in the background. It is a wonderful way to pass the time, plus it will start putting you in the spirit without any question. Thus, leads to me a very topical Yule Log that I happened to find on YouTube. The Darth Vader Yule Log. Remember the scene where Luke sets his deceased father on fire as a noble way to say goodbye? Combine that with Christmas music, and you have the perfect ambiance setting while saying pew pew.
About the author
I am Richard and I have a problem. A problem with entertaining people. I have been in the comedy world for over 10 years. I started out as an improv actor making fun and light of everything. Doing that felt rewarding, but I have to admit, I wanted more. I couldn’t get the taste of performing out of my mouth. Does that not sound a little creepy? I decided to start doing my own stand up show. I love to make fun of my family and anything that will make a normal person say what the fuck. The journey still continues, in 2009, I had a dream to create my own online magazine. This is the beautiful corner of craziness in front of you. I have been through hell in my life but being stopped is something that I will not let happen. I am a fighter and hope to make people realize it is ok to smile and think from time to time. It also helps being a nerd.
