As a child, cartoons did not keep my interest. Sure, a few would slip through the cracks such as Rocko’s Modern Life and Doug, but for the most part I hardly watched animated shows. Weirdly, I was into shows such as Saved by the Bell and Hang Time. But as an adult, I am starting to discover a world that I completely missed out on growing up. And even some newer cartoons have caught my attention, such as Star Versus the Forces of Evil, Big Mouth, and Steven Universe.
Steven Universe seemed to have grasped the most. Any show that can utter the line if “Every Pork Chop were perfect, we wouldn’t have hot dogs,” is an automatic watch for me. So, occasionally I find myself watching fan made versions of these cartoons on YouTube. And on Friday, I was sent a version of Steven Universe that I wanted to share with you.
The video comes from a very talented animator named Inkwraith on YouTube. The video is done in the style of RPG Undertale, and it is one of the best things I have seen on the platform in a long time. If you are a fan, give this a watch. Even if you are not a fan, give this a watch.
