Good job coming down the chimney last year, and I hope you’ll be just as cautious this year. I really could have done without the pink flamingo stuck in the chimney that one time, but that’s all forgiven and almost forgotten. Last year, I asked to be debt-free. The sizable check you left was impressive, but it bounced big time. That was an embarrassment, but I know you’re probably too busy to balance your account. Could you please leave me another check? This time I need a copy of your sleigh license, and a major credit card. Or forget the check, just pay my way on a cruise and we’re good. But seriously, though, could you please make sure all of my family are healthy and happy next year? That’s what I really want. I’ve been a good girl, Santa. Well, I gave it my best shot. Do good intentions count?
