Apple revealed the iPhone 12 and as a huge fan of the iPhone, I have but one question I need to ask. Who in the hell asked to not include headphones and a charging jack?
Do not know what I am talking about? Well, it is the time of the year that Apple decides to give all of us a middle finger and render their last release obsolete. And 2020 fit the bill perfectly as Apple revealed the new iPhone 12 today at an event.
The main takeaway is that the phones will be 5G. Oh My God!!! Am I going to spend the next two months listen to those QAnon douchers say that the new iPhone is only going to make COVID worse? Because so help me god, I will kick a person in the taint. People were dumb a few months ago, please show the world that some of you have gained common sense as your powerup in the game of life.
But the other huge takeaway from this event is that Apple will be removing the charging brick and headphones from being included when you purchase. So, what I am hearing is that I am going to have to spend another 30 dollars after I spend a few hundred dollars just so I can charge my phone appropriately. Because if you use a third-party charging brick, your phone may become extremely hot and not in the good way. And why get rid of that and headphones? The reason Apple gave during their event is by removing the items, packaging will be smaller. What? It’s a phone, it’s not like we are trying to recreate Operation Dumbo Drop with each of these phones.
And now, the pricing for the new iPhone 12
iPhone SE starts at $399
iPhone XR starts at $499
iPhone 11 starts at $599
iPhone 12 Mini starts at $699
iPhone 12 starts at $799
iPhone 12 Pro starts at $999
iPhone 12 Pro Max starts at $1,099
Oh, and it comes in different colors. So, let’s get excited about a color no one will ever see because the iPhone screen is as fragile as the president’s ego, and you are just going to cover it up with a knockoff otterbox you find on Amazon.
Preorder starts on the 16th. If you happen to be a veteran in the PS5 or X Box Series X Preorder debacle, you may have a shot at an iPhone.
